Ark up, Noah! It's time to seek out two of every kind of party animal you know, and lead them onto the Arkup Livable Yacht, a floating home that motors from dock to dock, sea to sea, and tropical paradise to coastal city with the ease of a power cruiser.

Well, maybe not. I don't know how fast or easily or efficiently the 4,350-square-foot luxury villa on floats moves*, but if you're ballin' on one, who cares? You'll never be in a hurry to get anywhere.

The Arkup divides its massive square footage between 2,700 square feet of indoor and 1,650 square feet of outdoor space, spread over a 75' boat length. In addition the waterfaring mansion has a 455-square-foot retractable deck, and a 125-square-foot swim platform. Inside you'll find 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 bathrooms.

Oh, and rather than contributing to killing the oceans it endeavors to spend its life on, the Arkup was designed to be sustainable, with full solar power for carbon neutral functionality, rainwater harvesting reservoirs and a water purification system, and silent, 100% solar-electric cruising.

And when you're tired of floating and done with docking, go ahead and extend the Arkup's hydraulic pilings to elevate it out of the water, and establish your own island off the grid. In addition to sustainable, Arkup says its Livable Yacht is also "'future-proof', from its ability to withstand or avoid extreme weather events, to its self-contained systems that allow fully off-the-grid living."

*That's not true, I kinda do know. According to Miami-based Arkup, the Livable Yacht has a maximum speed of 5 knots and propulsion capabilities of 2x 100 kW / 272 hp.
