About the SOLOSHOT2 Robot Cameraman

Attach your own camera to the SOLOSHOT2 Base, pair it with the Tag, and take off. The system will auto pan and tilt along with your designated focus, ensuring that your camera is always pointed where you want it (i.e., towards you) from up to 2,000 feet away. With no human camera operator.

Wear SOLOSHOT2's Tag as an armband (or leg band, or attached to an otherwise central action point) while you're surfing, skating, skiing, dirt biking, or walking like Kevin Spacey in that scene from The Usual Suspects where he makes the transformation from Virgil the Gimp to Keyser Soze, to stay in constant line with exactly what you want to film, and enjoy the effects of an unmanned automatic camera. The SOLOSHOT2 Base is designed to maintain its focus on the Tag by:

• Panning 360 degrees at 80 degrees per second, continuously and in both directions.
• Tracking at distances of up to 2,000 feet.
• Tilting up to 150 degrees for vertical tracking at 35 degrees per second.

SOLOSHOT2 Bases have an internal battery life of up to 8 hours, rechargeable via a supplied USB cord. They also come with an accessory port for adding features such as camera control, and charging Tags. For security, the Base contains a K-Lock socket for locking the camera to it, plus another tool for secure attachment to a tripod, which may then be locked to a fixed object using a standard bike lock.

Tags weigh just 2.1 ounces and measure 50 x 47 x 23 mm for easy, un-clunky attachment. They are waterproof up to 100 feet and shock-resistant. Tag internal batteries have around a 4-hour life per charge, and can be re-upped via attachment to the SOLOSHOT2 Base accessory port.

The SOLOSHOT2 Base has a 1/4" standard camera mounting screw for affixing any balanced camera weighing up to 5 pounds. This includes camcorders, DSLRs, and even spotlights and directional antennas that can extend the range of a drone or WiFi.
