This tablet-sized light therapy lamp is here to turn your winter frown upside down. While many studies indicate extended screen time is harmful to our bodies and mind, this "screen" emits up to 12,000 lux of sunlight-simulating rays that will help you fight seasonal affective disorder, jet lag, and a general case of low energy or the blues. Certainly more than diving down the Reddit, Instagram, and Tinder rabbit holes anyway.

Though not a wearable like the Pegasi 2 SAD light therapy glasses, the light therapy lamp is much less expensive, and almost as easy to set up at home, plus take with you to work and on travels. The 0.39" thick lamp sets up either vertically or horizontally on its pop-out, 360-degree rotational arm. Front button settings allow for 3 LED brightness adjustments, at 2,000, 10,000, and 12,000 lux. You can also set the box light to auto-shutoff after 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Slightly bigger than an iPad Mini tablet, the light therapy lamp measures 9.8" x 7".
