SquarEat food blocks look like they took a trip through the Star Trek: TOS food replicator. With slightly fewer added dyes. The Miami-based SquarEat has developed this "square meal" concept as a meal delivery service they deem "tasty, healthy, affordable and ready to eat." Presumably, they're seeking a share of the Soylent and Huel crowd, or anyone who doesn't believe you eat with your eyes first.

SquarEat compacts all of their ingredients into 50-gram squares. They say they use natural ingredients only, and the makin' & moldin' process involves low-temperature cooking and thermal shocking that preserves the food's flavor and nutrients, plus extends its eatable life. By how long, though, I'm not exactly sure. SquarEat claims total Square freshness for 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks in three different sections of their website.

At printing there were 15 squares in the SquarEat pantry. Veggies such as asparagus and sweet potato pair with Basmati Rice or Quinoa grain Squares, and Beef, Chicken, Salmon, or vegan-based meat cubes for a complete SquarEat meal. You also have breakfast and snack options in a Choco Pancake Square, and a couple nut-based Squares.

SquarEat meals come in 4-Square and 6-Square sizes, all ready to eat as is, or heat up in the microwave or in a pan on the stovetop. The delivery service has various meal plans based on specific diets, and how many meals you want to receive per week.

In addition to clients, SquarEat is also currently seeking investors in their food block meal delivery service.
