KEEN UNEEK Sandals
KEEN says, "There's unique, and then there's UNEEK." I say there's unique, and then there's F'ing weird. These sandals look like someone had a little too much time and a little too much paracord on his hands. But KEEN isn't doing UNEEK in the name of fashion. They're doing it in the names of comfort, ergonomics, breathability, and bummin' on the beach.
UNEEK sandals' two-cord upper construction allows to move freely with their wearers, both bending and shifting with each step, and adapting to the shape of individual feet. But, KEEN notes, while the cord is flexible as a woven unit, the cord material itself is strong and stable, and able to provide a structured fit.
UNEEK midsoles are lightweight PU covered in a high traction, non-marking rubber outsole. The sandals also have metatomical footbeds with microfiber covers. KEEN recommends them for the beach and the city streets.
