I can think of lots of good reasons why you'd get a portable countertop dishwasher instead of installing a full-size dishwasher next to your sink.
- You live in an apartment that doesn't have a dishwasher, and you don't have the authoritay to install one for yourself.
- You have lots of countertop space but not enough cabinet space.
- The staff kitchenette at work needs a better dishwasher than the staff who use the kitchenette at work.
- You actually have a normal dishwasher, but are using it to store your pots and pans.
- You don't like bending over.
OK, I guess I can only think of 5 good reasons, and most of them aren't really that good.
