I actually like Rob Gronkowski, and since the whole Gronkowski family has already been running the Gronk Fitness business for years, I don't mind that he's focusing his post-NFL-retirement time on trying to sell me shit that will never make me look like him. Plus, when I see Gronk Fitness equipment like these Inertia Wave Workout Ropes, they remind me of the literary masterpiece A Gronking to Remember. And then I envision Rob Gronkowski doing things like heaving the ropes up and slapping them down, and grunting, "You want a Gronking to remember? Oh, I'll give you a Gronking to remember! ... You might even like it."

The Inertia Wave Workout Ropes are a modified version of battle ropes Gronk Fitness calls "superior" and in possession of "far more caloric burn than double-under jump ropes." They don't elaborate on what specifically earns the ropes the "superior" superlative, but I am guessing it's that the Inertia Wave set has a much lower profile than battle ropes made of actual (i.e., thick and cumbersome) rope. This set is portable, with an anchor kit you can attach to fences, trees, benches, weight stations, or your car trunk, to accommodate a workout at the gym, at home, or outdoors.

Inertia Wave Workout Ropes help condition the whole body, and particularly engage your core, during use. Their anchoring end has a steel, double reinforced O-ring that, along with nylon rail anchors and carabiners, can withstand up to 600 pounds of torque.
